As a new student with The Coaching Institute you will receive a welcome call from an excited team member who will also book in an appointment for your PSPS shortly after enrolment!
So what even is a Personal Success Planning Session (PSPS)?
You’ve probably heard it mentioned when you were signing up or maybe on a webinar and are curious as to what it is. So let’s really break it down so you know what it is, why it’s important, how it happens and who is involved.
Let’s Do it!
The Personal Success Planning Session (PSPS) is an awesome one on one conversation you have with one of our magnificent Wow Team (Student Support Team) superstars so we can really clarify what it is you want to experience in your life, and how we as a team can best support you throughout your journey. Now that you have a bit of an understanding of us (We’re even more awesome than you think: D) it’s our opportunity to get a deeper understanding of who you are and what’s truly important about you and your future. It also gives you an opportunity to get answers to any questions you may have.
So now you know why it’s important, let’s have a look at how it works and what will be covered in your meeting.
The PSPS takes place after you sign up and can either be done in person at The Coaching Institute HQ in Melbourne or over the phone, whatever is easiest and best suited to you. The meeting typically ranges from 20-40 minutes and is the perfect place to have all of your questions answered regarding the start of your course moving forward.
You will also cover with a WOW team member:
- Logistics and information for your upcoming Foundations of Coaching Success Weekend or individual training with The Coaching Institute.
- Logistics regarding online classes, benefits and further resources.
- The goals and outcomes you want to achieve through your course
- The values you find important through growth
- All of the other fun stuff about you that will assist the WOW team in ensuring this is the most outstanding program you have ever done.
There is nothing that has to be done prior to your PSPS, however, it’s a good idea to start thinking about what you would love to achieve during your course and even make a list of questions that we can take care of for you.
If you have a PSPS coming up, we are really excited to connect with you and are looking forward to our conversation. :D
